The Manitoba IBA Program receives funding from a number of different sources, including foundations, corporate donors, and federal and provincial agencies. We are currently working on a number of priority projects, including:

1. The Establishment of a Caretaker and Monitoring Network Within Manitoba’s Important Bird Areas;
2. Grassland Bird Conservation Supporting Outreach and Incentive Programs for Landowners in Southwestern Manitoba;
3. Indigenous and Youth Educational Initiatives and;
4. Building a Shorebird Monitoring and Conservation Program in Manitoba.
